Method 3 – Taking screenshots on Infinix phones, using Infinix Smart Panel.

The Smart Panel feature on Infinix phones can be used to do a whole lot of things, and taking screenshots is just one of them.

With the Smart Panel, all you just have to do is swipe a finger inwardly from the edge of your phone’s screen, and from there, you can do whatever it is you have set the Smart Panel to, like opening apps, taking screenshots, screen recording, etc.

So if you don’t have Smart Panel already set up on your phone, then there is no best time to do so, other than now.

And here’s how to.

  • Go to your phone’s main setting menu, locate and tap on the option that says “Smart Panel“.
  • While in there, you should see a toggle button that when pressed, enables the Smart Panel feature.
  • When the feature has been enabled, a pill-shaped button will appear at either the right or left edge of your phone’s display, similar to that of Samsung’s Edge panel.
  • You can swipe inwardly on this button to the center of your phone’s display to open Smart Panel, and from there, you get to choose what apps and features that should be included in it, or better still, leave things the way they are by default.
  • You can change the location of the button on your phone’s screen by moving it upwards, downwards, to the far right, or to the left, depending on how far your fingers can stretch across your display.
  • So set up everything to your preference, and let’s see we can take screenshots from the Smart Panel.
