This year’s Jumia Black Friday sales will begin on Friday, the 4th of November 2022, and will run till the 30th of November 2022 which is approximately a month.
During this period, there will be lots of activities on the Jumia marketplace such as Treasure Hunts. For instance, the new iPhone 14 Pro 256GB which currently retails for about ₦1.1million will be selling for just ₦11,385 to one lucky person. More on that later.
Secondly, starting on the 7th of November, each day will be dedicated to a brand on the platform, this activity is called the Jumia Brand Day deals.
During this day, the brand it’s dedicated to will have its products heavily discounted for the whole of that day.

All You Need to Know About the Jumia Treasure Hunt, & How to Partake in It
The Jumia Treasure Hunt is time limited event that takes place every Friday in the month of November, where selected products gets up to 99% discount, but it comes with a twist.
And what is it?
Well, the thing is, first of all, these products are limited in quantity, most times, just a single unit will be up for sale, secondly, just as the name implies, Treasure Hunt, this product will not be kept in its usual category.
For instance, the new iPhone 14 Pro that will be selling for just ₦11,385 will be kept in the “Electronics” category instead of the usual “Phones” category where it originally used to be.
So, it’s a game. Whoever finds it first and makes payment for it is the winner for that day.

- The first person to find and pay for the product is the winner for that day.
- To collect your product, you might be required to appear physically at the designated Jumia office.

- The 11/11 day sales, which gives up to 11% additional discounts for 1 hr on all Black Friday deals.
- Friday Rush Hour sales with 10% additional discount on selected products for 1 hr, every Friday.
- The Sunday Super Saver sale with up to 10% additional discount on all Black Friday deals every Sunday.
