The Samsung Galaxy A52 and A52 5G have been a major success for Samsung in the budget mid-range smartphone market, and Samsung is planning to leverage on that by giving us an even beefier version of the already good A52 5G, the Galaxy A52s.
So, what should we be expecting?
Well, nothing that we’ve not seen before from the past Galaxy A52 phones, except that the coming Galaxy A52s is said to be a rebranded Galaxy A52 5G, but this time, with an even better mobile chipset.
So, words on the streets have it that the A52s will be equipped with a Snapdragon 778G chipset, instead of the underperforming Snapdragon 750G variant that was on the original A52 5G phone, and it will come complete with 6 to 8GB of RAM while giving you the option to choose between 128 or 256GB of internal storage capacity.
Other specs of the Galaxy A52s is said to be the same as the A52 5G, and if this is true, then we should be looking at a 6.5 Inches Full HD+ 120Hz OLED display, a 64MP main camera sensor on the back, though there are still more words on the streets that says Samsung might equip the A52s with an 8MP telephoto lens like it did with the Galaxy A72, we’ll have to wait till the launch day of the phone to confirm that, don’t forget about the 13MP ultrawide lens and a 5MP macro sensor.
The battery is also said to remain the same at 4500mAh capacity, with up to 25W fast charging, of which we know Samsung will end up shipping the phone with a 15W charger in the box, it will come with stereo speakers, an IP67 rating, Android 11 with Samsung’s One UI version 3.1 out of the box, and every other spec that we can find on the A52 and A52 5G phones.
As of the time of writing this article, we don’t know the particular day that Samsung is planning to make this phone go public, but, words on the streets still have it that Samsung will be launching it this month, so, we’ll just have to keep our fingers crossed on that one, and that is basically everything you need to know about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A52s smartphone.
