Xiaomi Sets Out To Launch A Redmi Branded Gaming Phone Later This Month. What Will It Be?

Okay, so according to GSMArena, your favorite phone maker, Xiaomi, will be launching a new gaming phone from the Redmi lineup later this month.

Though, Xiaomi didn’t divulge any information or spec about this said gaming phone, except for a couple of pictures which we have here.

But according to rumors, Xiaomi is said to be partnering with Call of Duty Mobile for the launch of this phone, as you could already see from the picture posted above.

And even more, rumors point to one of Mediatek’s most powerful processor at the moment, the Dimensity 1200 SoC to be at the helm of affairs;

The gaming phone is rumored to sport a flat OLED panel, which will probably be of the 1080p resolution type with a 120Hz refresh rate or something slightly higher than that, maybe 144Hz per say.

The phone is also reported to come packing a 5000mAh battery tank, with up to 65W of superfast charging system, and lastly, it is to come with shoulder trigger buttons.

The phone will reportedly cost between 305 to $380. So guys, this is all we know for now concerning the coming Xiaomi Redmi gaming phone.

Unfortunately, Xiaomi didn’t reveal the exact date either, for the launch of this phone, but we know it’s gonna happen towards the end of the month.
