Putlocker – You see, there are numerous websites out there where one can stream movies and tv series for free such as Yify, 123movies, FMovies, GOmovies, MeMovies, Solarmovies, etc, just to mention a few, but this one right here, Putlocker, is actually the worst one amongst all of them, and I’ll tell you why.
But first of all;
What is Putlocker?
Putlocker is a free source to stream your favorite and the latest movies and tv series for free. It’s actually one of the oldest websites to offer such services originating from the UK in January 2012, and having faced numerous bans and shutdowns over the years mostly for copyright infringement, they’re still somewhat operational under the URLs below.

Why is Putlocker the worse free movie & tv series streaming site?
Now, if you’re an avid movie streamer who’s always on the lookout for new websites like this to stream the latest films from, you should know that these websites have one thing in common.
And that is;
They’re always jam-packed and crippled with ads scattered all over the place, most of which are hidden, and are always trying to redirect you to another website.
But it gets so much worse on Putlocker to the extent that for every item you tap or click on the website, you’ll be hit with at least up to 5 different ads or even more.
This can become very problematic for someone whose goal is just to watch one episode of their favorite tv series, and if that’s the case, there are other websites that have little to no ads on them and even offer more movies and tv series, such as Goojara, Levidia, Goku, TFPDL, etc.
How to stream movies on Putlocker
- First of all, make your way to the site by following any of the official links above, or simply click here.
- While on the site, you can select films from the ones listed there, or simply enter and search for a film you want.
- Furthermore, you can sort movies based on type, genre, runtime, release date, country, etc.
- When you’ve found a film, simply click on it, and you’ll be taken to the movie description page, and all you’ll have to do is simply tap on the “Play” button to start streaming it right there and then.
- And that’s basically how you get to stream your favorite movies on the site, but beware of the ads though.
