  • 6.6 Inches HD+ LCD hole punch display
  • Quad rear camera setup + 32MP Front Facing lens
  • Mediatek MT6762 Helio P22 (12 nm) processor
  • 4/6GB RAM + 64/128GB storage
  • Android 9.0 Pie + XOS 5.5 Cheetah
  • Bluetooth 5.0
  • 4000mAh battery

Talk about looks, a large display, and plenty of RAM and storage on a smartphone, the Infinix S5 got it all.

Being the first Infinix phone to come with an actual hole cutout on its display, talmabout the Samsung S10 series, the Infinix S5 boasts of a massive 6.6 Inches 20:9 aspect ratio display that keeps staring angrily at you whenever you’re holding the phone.

Aside from the futuristic display, it also comes wielding four camera lenses on its back, with a 32MP one on the front (inside the camera punch hole).

You’re getting 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage as base, but you can go gangster and opt for the one with 6GB of RAM and an enormous 128GB of storage.

It ships with android pie out of the box, although it doesn’t have any hopes of being upgraded to the latest android 10 version.

And keeping all these things running is a large 4000mAh power cell. The Infinix S5 is currently on sale for about 53,000 – 55,000 Naira on Jumia, and you can follow the link below, to read our complete review of the smartphone.

  • Android 9.0 Pie + XOS 5.5 Cheetah.
  • Bluetooth 5.0.
  • 5000mAh battery.

Best Infinix phones for 2019

The Infinix Hot 8 is more like the Infinix S5 in disguise. And it is even targeted at people who wants a big screen smartphone, but not at the pocket wrecking price of the Infinix S5.

Though you’d still have to make like one or two sacrifices though, sacrifices in terms of the Hot 8 doesn’t come with the new hole punch display as the S5, and the actual screen size itself is 6.52 Inches, instead of 6.6 Inches.

But that’s not a problem though, i mean at 6.52 Inches, it is still enormously large and the water drop notch looks cool too i guess.

But aside from screen sizes and hole punches, everything else was kept the same on both smartphones, you have the same android versions, same processors and you’ve even got a much larger battery at 5000mAh.

And in terms of battery life, believe me when i say that i can vote my salary for the Infinix Hot 8. The Hot 8 is currently on sale within the price range of 34,000 – 45,000 Naira.

So if you’re on that type of a budget, and you need something with a gigantic display, massive battery, android pie version, triple rear cameras and latest version of Infinix XOS UI, then the Hot 8 is the best phone for you.

6. Infinix S4

  • Premium Glass Body design
  • 6.2 Inches HD+ LCD Display, with water drop notch
  • Triple rear camera setup (13 + 8 + 2MP)
  • Mediatek MT6762 Helio P22 (12nm) Chip-set
  • 3GB RAM + 32GB Storage (6GB RAM + 64GB Storage, Pro model)
  • Android 9.0 Pie + XOS 5.0 Cheetah
  • Bluetooth 5.0
  • 4000mAh battery

The Infinix S4 is the phone that Infinix used to usher us into revamped designs for its S series. It was the first Infinix phone to launch with a water drop notch display, and Infinix new XOS 5.0 Cheetah UI that is based on Android Pie.

Now before the Infinix S5 and Hot 8 both came out, the Infinix S4 was initially targeted at those who wants all the good things that an Infinix smartphone could offer in terms of looks, software and battery.

But since we now have these both aforementioned smartphones even wielding way larger displays, better designs and sometimes even bigger batteries (the Infinix Hot 8), right now i will say that the Infinix S4 is targeted at those who love everything that the Hot 8 and S5 has to offer, but doesn’t give a f*ck about hole punch displays and extra large screens as well.

I mean in a more compact form factor, you’re still getting the same processors as with the Hot 8 and S5, triple rear cameras with a 32MP front facing snapper, same as the S5, same android 9.0 Pie version with XOS Cheetah, and a 4000mAh battery.

With prices ranging from 44,000 – 55,000 Naira, it is a little expensive than the Hot 8, bit not as costly as the S5.

Anyways you can go to our full review to read more about it when you click on this link.

7. Infinix Hot 7 Pro

  • 6.2 Inches HD+ LCD Display
  • Dual rear camera setup (13 + 2MP)
  • Dual Front Facing Cameras (13 + 2MP)
  • Mediatek MT6757T Helio P25 (16 nm) Chip-set (32+2GB model)
  • Mediatek MT6762 Helio P22 (12nm) Chip-set (32/64GB + 3/6GB model)
  • Android 9.0 Pie + XOS 5.0 Cheetah
  • Bluetooth 4.2
  • 4000mAh battery

First of all, the Infinix Hot series smartphone lineup are basically for those, who doesn’t really have up to say a 40,000 to 50,000 Naira to spend on a smart phone.

And the Hot 7 Pro is targeted for those who have less than a 50,000 Naira, but still want something they can use to browse the internet, do a lot of social media, you know listen to musics, watch movies, play games as well, without minding the speed and performance of the phone.

I’m not saying the Hot 7 Pro is that slow, No, all I’m saying is, it ships with a 2, 3 or 6GB of RAM, with a 32 or 64GB of storage. Comes with Android 9 Pie out of the box, with XOS 5.0 Cheetah, has two rear cameras instead of three, and has a large 4000mAh battery.

So you see, the Hot 7 Pro is a pretty still solid phone after all. The price ranges from 40,000 – 46,000 Naira, making it a perfect choice for those who couldn’t afford the Hot S4, but still want something that feels like it.

8. Best Infinix Phones For 2019 & 2020 – Infinix S5 Lite

  • 6.6 Inches HD+ hole punch LCD display
  • TripleTriple rear camera setup + 16MP front facing camera
  • Mediatek MT6762 Helio P22 (12nm) processor
  • 33/4GB RAM + 32/64GB Storage
  • Android 9.0 Pie + XOS 5.5 Cheetah
  • 4000mAh battery

If you so much loved the Infinix S5, probably because of its large hole punch display, but you don’t have up to say a 50,000 Naira to spend on a smartphone, then its immediate younger sibling, might just be your only saving grace.

Boasting of the same 6.6 Inches hole punch display, but this time comes with three cameras instead of four, and a 16MP front snapper instead of the original 32MP, the Infinix S5 might just be the perfect deal for a lot of persons who are willing to shed out up to 40,000 Naira for a smartphone.

It still comes with Android 9.0 Pie out of the box like the original Infinix S5, still maintains the same 4000mAh battery, and even with the same processor but with little differences in RAM and storage option..

The Infinix S5 Lite is currently on sale with prices ranging 43,500 – 48,000 Naira.

9. Infinix Smart 4c

  • 6.6 Inches HD+ LCD Display
  • 8MP + QVGA sensor | 5MP front facing camera
  • Mediatek MT6761 Helio A22 (12nm) processor
  • 2GB RAM + 32GB Storage
  • Android 9.0 Pie + XOS 5.5 Cheetah
  • 4000mAh battery

Now these are for people who loves how big and bold the Infinix Hot 8 and S5 screens look, bit don’t even have up to a 40,000 Naira to spend on a smartphone.

In this case, you have to sacrifice a lot of things just for you to get what feels like the Hot 8 at a way lesser price.

You’ll have to sacrifice triple rear cameras for just two, 16MP front facing cameras for just 5, lesser RAM and storage options, and ultimately, performance, as this phone comes with a very low end Mediatek MT6761 Helio A22 processor.

So if none of those bother you and you just want a gigantic smartphone that will serve rather as a portable movie cinema, then the Infinix Smart 4c,is unarguably the best smartphone for you.

As at the time of writing this article, the phone isn’t available in stores yet, but I’m guessing the pricing should be around 30,000 – 35,000 Naira, by the time it’ll be finally made available.

10. Infinix Smart 3 Plus

  • 6.2 Inches HD+ LCD Display
  • Triple Rear “13 + 2MP + QVGA” cameras | 8MP Front Facing
  • Mediatek MT6761 Helio A22 (12nm) Chip-set
  • 2/3GB RAM + 32GB Storage
  • Android 9.0 Pie + XOS 5.0 Cheetah
  • Bluetooth 5.0
  • 3500mAh Battery

You see, personally, i would have loved to list the Infinix Smart 3 Plus before the Smart 4c,if not for the fact that it ships with a smaller 6.2 Inches display, and comes with a 3500mAh battery, where the Smart 4c comes wielding a 6.6 Inches display with a 4000mAh battery.

You’d still get everything you got from the 4c on this device, even with triple rear cameras this time and a slightly better 8MP front facing camera, instead of 5, and you even have the option to choose between 2 or 3GB of RAM, whereas the Smart 4c only gives you 2GB.

So in conclusion, the Smart 3 Plus is for those who doesn’t really have that much money to spend on a smartphone, and instead of chasing trends by going for large displays like the Smart 4c, they’d rather choose a smartphone with slightly better specifications.

So the Smart 3 Plus is currently on sale with prices ranging from 36,000 – 38,000 Naira.

11. Infinix Hot 8 Lite

  • 6.6 Inches HD+ LCD display
  • 8MP + QVGA sensor | 8MP front facing camera
  • Mediatek MT6580
  • 2GB RAM + 32GB Storage
  • Android 8.1 Oreo (Go edition)
  • 5000mAh

Now if you’re obsessed with the Hot 8, or maybe you just need something with a large display and big battery, without minding speed, performance or whatsoever, and at a price that os down to earth, the the Infinix Hot 8 Lite is probably the phone you’ve been searching for.

Equipped with a 6.6 Inches water-drop display, making it bigger than its elder sibling, the same 5000mAh battery that you’d find on the Hot 8, but this time with Android Oreo out of the box, with no hopes of updating to Pie or android 10, the Infinix Hot 8 Lite is simply a smartphone that will be ideal for those who loves to consume lots of media for long periods of time.

The phone is currently on sale with prices ranging from 33,000 – 37,000 Naira

12. Best Infinix Phones For 2019 & 2020 – Infinix Smart 4

  • 6.6 Inches HD+ LCD display
  • 8MP rear camera + 5MP front facing camera
  • Mediatek MT6761 Helio A22 processor
  • 1GB RAM + 16GB storage
  • Android 9.0 Pie (Go edition)
  • 4000mAh battery

Now if you know you don’t have money at all, but you just need a smartphone that you can call your own.

You don’t care about the spec or whatsoever, for as long as it is good looking, and has a gigantic display with 4000mAh of battery, then the Infinix Smart 4 is the phone for you.

Wielding a 6.6 Inches gigantic HD+ display, with a single 8MP rear facing camera and another single 5MP front facing camera, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, well, i don’t know who needs to hear this, but i think this is where we call it a day.
